Does the College of Your Choice Require a Mid-Year Transcript????

 

Seniors:

If the college you plan to attend requires a mid-year transcript, you must come to guidance and formally request that a transcript be sent to that particular college. 

 

If you are unsure whether or not your college requires this document, it is your responsibility to contact them for this information.
